CPE417   Environmental Issues   (10 credits)

Description

To explore current issues around the theme of Man's intervention with the environment. Students will present and then debate on the issues they find. The aim is not only to understand the issues but to explore how they are presented and the role/attitude of the author, the media, industry and pressure groups influence society's attitude and understanding of the environment and the role of industry in it.
